Who I work with
People carrying things they’ve stopped mentioning out loud.
I’ve worked with people struggling with their relationships, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, LGBTQIA+ identity and belonging, work–life balance, avoidance behavior, and a long list of other difficulties that don’t sort neatly into categories.
If you’re interested in flourishing — in building the life you want, learning more about yourself, reconnecting, finding your community, finding inner peace or balance, waking up to your true potential, or rediscovering who you were before all this — then your journey begins now.
Collaborative, not prescriptive
I work at building a real working relationship from the first session. You are the one who knows your life; my job is to bring the training, the questions, and the steadiness.
Your definition of a good life
We work toward a meaningful and well-balanced life as you define it — your own happiness, your own limitless version of yourself. Not a template someone handed you.
Dignity and respect, always
I am deeply committed to assessing and responding carefully to a wide range of situations, with support, empathy, compassion, and meaningful guidance throughout.
Privacy taken seriously
Sensitivity to privacy and confidentiality is not a formality at the bottom of a form. It shapes how I hold everything you bring into the room.
A note on licensing
Why the state you live in matters
Therapy is licensed state by state, and a clinician can only see you where they hold a license. I hold clinical social work licensure covering Indiana, Tennessee, and Massachusetts, so I can work with you if you are physically located in one of those three states at the time of our sessions — whatever your home address says.
If you’re somewhere else, say so on the phone anyway. I would rather spend five minutes helping you find the right person in your state than leave you starting the search over from scratch.
