Our therapy

What we can work on together

Most people arrive through one of these three doors. Very few stay in only one room once we get going — what brought you in is rarely the whole of it, and that is normal rather than a complication.

01 — Everyday weight

Anxiety, Stress & Depression

Stress, depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and most uncomfortable things a person can feel — and almost everyone meets at least one of them at some point.

In therapy you can learn to identify what you actually feel, and to recognize the triggers, circumstances, and situations causing the disruption in your life. From there we build motivation, find new perspective, and start creating the life you want to live rather than the one you’ve been enduring.

  • Naming what you feel, with more precision than “bad” or “fine”
  • Mapping the triggers and situations underneath it
  • Rebuilding motivation when it has been gone a while
  • New perspective on problems that have stopped moving

02 — What lingers

Trauma & PTSD

Many people carry symptoms of trauma — anxiety, fear, shame, hopelessness, worthlessness, tension — that are genuinely painful, and that keep affecting day-to-day functioning long after the experience itself is over.

Therapy can provide a safe space to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that come with adverse life experiences. We go at a pace you set. Nothing here requires you to retell the worst thing that happened to you before you are ready, or ever.

  • A pace you control, not one imposed on you
  • Relief from the symptoms that show up in ordinary days
  • Room for the shame and worthlessness that usually go unsaid
  • Steadiness to return to, session after session

03 — How we meet

Online & Telehealth Sessions

Every session in this practice is virtual. We meet from the safety of your own home — or wherever you can close a door — at a time that genuinely works for you, through a straightforward scheduling platform.

For a lot of people that turns out to be the difference between therapy they attend and therapy they keep meaning to start. No commute, no waiting room, no afternoon written off. If a rough week means you would rather talk with the camera off, that is allowed too.

  • Available anywhere in Indiana, Tennessee, and Massachusetts
  • Sessions scheduled around work, caregiving, and real life
  • Nothing to install beyond a browser and a private half-hour
  • The same therapist every time — this is a solo practice
